Hello! My name is Avery Randall and I am your 2018 International Junior Miss, Jr. Teen. I want to start by saying how amazing my time was in San Antonio during Internationals, I had one of the best weeks of my life! It was really cool to not only meet girls from all
over the U.S. but to meet girls from 14 other countries. Some of the most amazingly talented, beautiful, sweet girls were there and in my opinion, each was just as deserving as the next. I am blessed and honored to have been chosen as IJM's Jr. Teen and I am looking forward to everything that is in store for me and my 6 new sister queens.
A little information about me... I am starting my sophomore year in high school and I am looking forward to a great year. I will be getting my drivers license soon and I can't wait to be able to drive myself to school, practices, and volleyball games. I am sure my mom is looking forward to that also!
I am the oldest of 3 girls. I love being a big sister and I try really hard to be a good role model for my little sisters. They are always my biggest cheerleaders in whatever I do, and I am the same for them.
I love to play volleyball! I tried out for the 8th grade team having never touched a volleyball before. Surprisingly, I made the team! I learned so much that first season and couldn't wait to try out again. In 9th grade I not only made the team again, but I was
chosen to be team captain. I am happy to say that we recently had tryouts for this season and I will be playing on the JV team! I am super excited and looking forward to a great season!
A couple of things I enjoy doing that usually surprise most people are cooking and target shooting. I enjoy learning to cook our family's favorite meals from my mom and I like to try out new recipes that I get from my favorite shows on The Food Network. Target
shooting is something my dad and I do together and I love getting some one on one time with him. Plus it is really fun and I am pretty good at it, even better than my dad some days!
I try to eat somewhat healthy. I love salads and fruits! But of course, I have my weaknesses. A few of them being hot cheetos, sour skittles and white chocolate
mochas from Starbucks. Those are my go to pageant day, eat on the run, pick me up favorites!
