“Ayva enjoys making new friends and that is one of the main reasons she loves International Junior Miss. At IJM the sisterhood truly is real and she has made friends not only all across the US, but also from around the world.”

Ayva Yoeub is your 2019 International Junior Miss Princess from the sunshine state of Queensland, Australia. Ayva has four siblings; an older brother, Romayne, younger brother, Makaio, and two younger sisters, Addison and Azaylea. One day, she hopes her sisters will follow in her footsteps and compete with her at IJM.

Ayva has been competing in pageants since she was 4 years old. In 2016 she represented Australia for the first time at International Junior Miss where she won the overall 2016 International Junior Miss Jr. Princess title. Ayva became the first international delegate to win the international title. Her year with the IJM system was such an amazing, unforgettable experience so she returned in 2018, placing first runner up in the Princess division. Ayva came back the following year to then win the 2019 International Junior Miss Princess title.

At school, Ayva is a straight A, 4th grade student, with her favorite subjects being math and art. She enjoys solving problems and also being creative. When she is older, Ayva hopes to be a famous artist, travelling the world to do her paintings and creating new things. For now, she sells her paintings online and at the local markets, donating a portion from every sale to Autism Australia in support of her younger brother, Makaio, who has Autism.

One day Ayva would also like to be a television presenter working on a travel program. She loves to experience new cultures and has currently travelled to Cambodia, Fiji, Thailand, USA, Indonesia, Bahamas, Singapore, Jamaica and all around Australia.

In her spare time, Ayva loves watching movies, anything Disney, making slime and staying active. She attends weekly training for tumbling and also parkour/free running, competing monthly alongside her older brother in ninja warrior events and races.

Ayva enjoys making new friends and that is one of the main reasons she loves International Junior Miss. At IJM the sisterhood truly is real and she has made friends not only all across the US, but also from around the world. Ayva wants to inspire other international girls like herself to enter International Junior Miss as it is a once in a lifetime experience! If she can do it, so can you!
